Emjoi AP-9L Epi Slim Cosmetic Hair Remover Review

When it comes to your hair removal needs, Emjoi is one of the epilator brands worth trusting in. One of their most popular products is the Emjoi AP-9L Epi Slim Cosmetic Hair Remover.  I recently had the chance of trying it out and here’s my review of the product.

This compact epilator has been designed to work on delicate areas, such as the bikini line, underarms, the upper lip and the cheek area.  I bought this mainly to take care of my face and underarms.

If you’ve been tweezing unwanted facial hair for some time, you know this is a rather time consuming process.  Well, with the Emjoi AP-9L you can certainly cut some time! Getting rid of facial hair has never been easy for me until now.  I have dark, coarse hair and it works wonders.  You still feel soreness in sensitive areas of the face, but it’s nothing compared to waxing or even other epilator brands which don’t work quite as well.

This works wonders if you want to get rid of hair on the upper lip. I used to shave with a razor to get rid of that hair, but now I don’t know how could I have not picked this item before!

If you’ve never plucked or waxed facial hair, this may hurt a bit at first but then you get used to it.

OK, so then it was time to get rid of underarm hair. I’ve done underarm waxing at home previously and I do not have fond memories of the experience, so I just really wanted to have a better solution. What I found out is that the epilator did a wonderful job! It seems that the thicker the hair, the easier is for the epilator to grab it, and instead of hurt you, it feels just like the hair has been pulled out. I’d recommend this product just for underarm waxing since now I can enjoy smooth underarm without redness and irritation.
